Grace Silver Studio offers an online platform for purchasing silver jewellery and accessories. Orders are delivered within India to the address you provide at checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If an incorrect address is provided or no one is available to receive the parcel, re-delivery charges may apply.

2. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes (GST).
  • Prices may change at any time without notice but will remain fixed for orders already confirmed.
  • Our pricing reflects not only silver weight but also design craftsmanship, casting costs, finishing, rhodium plating, and packaging.

3. Orders & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, incorrect information, or policy violations.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Our Return & Exchange Policy applies in cases of:

  1. Wrong product received
  2. Product damaged in transit

  • All designs, product images, text, and content on this website are the property of Grace Silver Studio and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

You may post reviews and comments as long as they are not illegal, offensive, or infringe on rights of others. We may remove content that violates these terms.

  • Payments are processed via Razorpay, which complies with PCI-DSS standards for secure handling of card data.
  • We do not store your payment details.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier services
  • Losses due to incorrect delivery details provided by you
  • Any indirect or consequential damages from using our services

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to arbitration in New Delhi under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, in English.
