Shipping policy

1. Service Coverage

  • We deliver across India (Pan-India Service).
  • Free shipping on all orders

2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are dispatched within 24–48 working hours after placement.
  • Delivery takes 4–8 working days after dispatch.
  • Tracking details will be shared via your registered email or mobile number.

3. Payment Terms

  • We follow a 100% prepaid order system.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
  • Multiple secure online payment options are available for a contactless delivery experience.

4. Delivery Disputes

If you face any of the following issues:

  • Package marked as "Delivered" but not received
  • Missing item(s) in the package
  • Damaged or incorrect items
  • Empty package

You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email. After this period, we will assume the package was received in satisfactory condition.

5. Incorrect Shipping Details or Failed Delivery

If an incorrect/incomplete address, email, or phone number is provided, or calls from the courier are unanswered, the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • ₹100 will be charged if the order is cancelled.
  • ₹200 will be charged for re-shipping.

We recommend double-checking your details before checkout. Once dispatched, address changes may not be possible.

6. Lost Shipments

In the rare event a shipment is marked as Lost/Unsolved by the courier service, we will issue a full refund. There is no fixed timeline for courier resolution, but we ensure your payment is safe with us.

7. Packaging & Safety

  • All orders are packed with utmost care in waterproof, tamper-proof packaging.
  • We follow strict hygiene and government-mandated sanitization protocols for e-commerce deliveries.
