1. How long will it take for the order to reach me?
We usually ship your order within 1–2 working days. Once dispatched, it typically reaches you within 4–8 working days, depending on your location and courier service timelines.

2. What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
We always aim to dispatch orders on time. In rare cases of delay, we will notify you via email or phone. Please write to us at gracesilverstudio@gmail.com or contact us on WhatsApp, and we’ll do our best to resolve your issue promptly.

3. My order has been shipped. Can I track it?
Yes! As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel’s journey in real-time.

4. What if I received a broken or wrong product?
We only accept returns or exchanges if you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged in transit. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for the complete process and conditions.

5. Can I see pictures of the products?
Absolutely! All our products are photographed in detail and displayed on our website. If you’d like more close-up images or videos before purchasing, you can contact us via WhatsApp +91-8009327101, and we’ll be happy to share them.

6. Is COD available?
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid through our secure online payment options at checkout.

7. Can you please check whether my order is confirmed or not?
Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your order details. If you haven’t received it within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us directly so we can confirm your order for you.
