At Grace Silver Studio, we pack every order with utmost care and attention to ensure your jewellery reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that something goes wrong, our policy is as follows:

Once an order is sold, no returns or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances, except in the following cases:

  1. You have received the wrong product.
  2. You have received a damaged product during transit.

Important Requirements:

  • An unboxing video must be recorded while opening the package, without any pause, break, or editing.
  • The jewellery must be in original condition – unworn, undamaged, and with the original packaging, tags, and invoice.

  • Once we receive your request, our professional team will inspect the product upon return.
  • If approved, we will issue a store credit (a coupon code) that can be used for future purchases.
  • No refunds will be issued. Store credit will be added to your account as soon as we receive and verify the returned product.
